Do you need a few hours of support each week or each day to ensure your house is operating or maintained to the standard you wish to live?
Centacare’s Independent Living Program provides in-home assistance to adults with a disability who live independently in their choice of accommodation. The program enables clients to maintain or develop skills for living independently and provides support for increased confidence in decision-making.
Staff support includes assistance with:
- Shopping
- Planning and preparing meals
- Personal care assistance
- Budgeting
- Maintaining health and wellbeing
- Meeting tenancy requirements
